The hotel was in a great location, close to dining, shopping center and many other stores. Great and easy access to the highway.

Free breakfast and good location.
Small area for eating breakfast.

Fine hotel that met my needs for a place to crash for sleep after spending the days in San Francisco.

Close to airport.
Unfriendly staff.

10 mins away from the airport. Hotel has a free shuttle service. Front desk staff is a little unfriendly. location is behind a shopping mall which is a little unsafe during night due to poor visibility. According to patrol guards, there is public drinking activities and noise at some times. ...read more

Parking was free.
The lobby smelled like pets, the staff wasn't friendly and the hotel is situated right next to the freeway which is noisy. Wouldn't stay here again!

Please don't stay at this hotel as the front desk was not friendly and the location is horrible. The front lobby smells like pets and it is situated right next to the major freeway which is quite noisy if you're facing it. Take your money somewhere else. Believe me! ...read more

Location, nice bed and bedding.
Asked for a quiet room, as one other person has trouble sleeping. We were on the side where trash was picked up early fir and sat mornings.

Super convenient to the expo center where we had a booth. Several restaurants close by. There was a large wash sink area that curiously didn't have any towel rack at all. You had to enter the bathroom to get a towel. Had noticed that voices seems very clear from outside and on the last morning there realized that the sliding door (2nd floor) was not able to close completely. Reported morning of check out. The continental breakfast was simple but nice, and the area was kept clean. Good experience. ...read more

The room was very clean and it was relatively quiet.
The exterior of the building is terrible and the ice machine was in a totally different building.

Overall the room was nice and clean. The exterior would make you think twice about staying. The fact that there are 3 separate buildings is a negative considering that the ice machine was in a different building than I stayed in. I would stay there again but would keep these things in mind. ...read more

It was in a nice place close to the freeway but was still quiet n convenient.
The staff at the lobby kept telling me to wait because he couldn't find my reservation then kept talking tagolog (Filipino) to a female while with me.

The place was clean, roomy. Shower/bathroom section was small with the sink & mirror outside. Location was conveniently located with good restaurants walking distance. Only thing I didn't like was that once the staff started to help me we was distracted by another female and kept telling me to hold on while he spoke the native language. Other than that, place was a good save and close to the destination I'd would be going to after my stay. ...read more

Close to Denny¿s.
TV reception was so bad you couldn't even hear the sound most of the time.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Refrigerator and microwave worked well. Too bad the steam cleaners from the fish market just outside my room started at 1:45 am and lasted until 2:30 am. No sleep during that period of time. For a hundred dollars a night you would think the TV would work. Tried to call the desk several times but got busy signals. Clerk was on the phone most of the night. ...read more
